There are few leaders in the pet care industry that have the breadth or depth of experience as Germaine. Before becoming Group CEO, Germaine held roles as CMO, COO and CCO in FMCG and pet care across Australia, Asia and Europe.  For 20 years she has led sales and category teams, championed innovation and built a global portfolio of high value brands.  Underpinning this experience is her early career in various industries which enables her to be a valuable member of RPF’s Board. 

Germaine brings a unique blend of strategic, technical, financial and operational skills. But beyond that, she is passionate about fresher nutrition and believes deeply in its benefits. She is committed to challenging the category norms to bring fresh innovation so that every pet can live better.

Joseph gets what it takes to make great fresher pet food. In fact, Joseph knows what it takes to make great food full stop. With a career spanning almost 30 years, he has led the operations, supply chain, manufacturing and sales of ANZ’s largest makers of human and pet food. This experience has led him to be an enabler and builder of excellence in financial performance, sales and category.  His experience across multi-site companies puts him comfortably among a few that know our industry inside out. He enjoys leading transformational programs within current organisations or where there has been acquisitions of new businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the Asian markets, all of which has delivered exceptional financial performance.

Not only does Joseph have a Masters in Business & Technology (paired with a degree in Food Science), he’s passionate about delivering financial results and building the leaders of the future. Whether it’s through service delivery, innovation and introduction of new technology or sales and category excellence, Joseph Dalo will see it through.

Prior to joining RPF, Alexis held CFO roles within Fortune500 & ASX companies in both EMEA and ANZ Regions. With over two decades of commercial experience in senior executive roles spanning FMCG, Agribusiness, and finance industries, Alexis Poole brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She has extensive international experience, having worked throughout Europe and Asia. She is a CPA and also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alexis's expertise lies in formulating and implementing business and financial strategies, as well as business restructuring and change management. Having worked inFortune500 & ASX companies she possesses a proven track record of improving business outcomes through collaborative growth strategies and involvement in all aspects of the business. Her experience in both market and factory organizations has honed her operational knowledge, which is deeply commercially focused. Alexis is also a strong advocate for diversity in action, mentorship, and inclusion in the workplace.

As Chief People Officer, Felix is responsible for managing Real Pet Food's People strategy, culture, diversity, and global people strategy. With extensive experience spanning numerous years, he has a successful track record in leading people teams and driving market expansion across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Previously serving as HR Director for Corporate functions at AB InBev, Felix played a crucial role in integrating new businesses, shaping future teams, and spearheading market expansion and growth in Southeast Asia. His time in Vietnam provides him with valuable insights into the Asian market. Felix's diverse career also includes roles at Mondelez International and Wilmar International, contributing to his broad understanding of the FMCG and Australian manufacturing sector.
