That's where you come in...
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow our in-house Sales team to service the South East VIC area, covering Dandenong/Clayton area down to Hastings.

Responsibilities include:
  • Driving growth in your region through promotional plans, distribution, and call coverage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities, influence key stakeholders and drive in-store execution
  • Merchandising responsibilities including stock management, replenishment, and the building of promotional displays
  • Ensure delivery of agreed KPIs including financial targets, call coverage, speed to shelf, new lines, trade standards, and compliance
  • Contribute to team development by sharing market information
  • Concise and timely feedback on in-store execution
  • In-store training 
  • Occasional requirement to work Saturdays for in-store activity, Shows and Events
About you
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated with experience in FMCG Sales
  • Excel at customer service with strong relationship building skills
  • A natural people’s person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • You know that it is not all about relationships, but understand the importance of sales data and metrics. Something you will be comfortable with 
  • Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Pet industry will set you apart but is not essential.
You will be responsible for the specified territory which includes the need to be away from home 2-3 nights per month to cover your regional requirements. There will also be times where you are required to travel to our head office based in Crows Nest, NSW for sales and product training.
