This is where you come in…

This newly created role for a Digital Communications Manager will play a critical role in driving digital transformation across the organisation. You’ll utilise your digital marketing skills and experience across a variety of projects, working amongst a team who are passionate about delivering an innovative and truly meaningful relationship to our Pet loving Families. You’ll work in partnership with the Head of eCommerce and Marketing team to execute the Digital eCommerce roadmap with relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensuring activities achieve our overarching business vision and objectives.
The successful candidate will be a hands on, self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and drive activity. They will have a hunger to continuously learn and grow, and are curious, agile and adaptable in the way they work.


Responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing team to build an engaging and effective social media strategy across our brands
  • Drive the planning, execution and ongoing optimisation of our social campaigns in order to drive brand growth and return on investment
  • Partner with the Head of eCommerce and the Marketing team to generate and drive positive sentiment of our brands through User Generated Content (UGC)
  • Full ownership of Rating & Review execution across our brand and retailer websites
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Customer Service teams to deliver best in class communication that’s engaging, relevant, accurate and meaningful
  • Ensure that we track the metrics that matter most and optimise campaigns to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
  
The ideal candidate:

  • Previous Digital Marketing experience in Social Media, Ratings & Reviews and CRM is highly regarded
  • Understanding of how to build awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty online using social media, user generated content and CRM
  • Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and online customer service is a bonus
  • Full emersion in the digital landscape, with an interest in current and emerging social and digital platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer and shopper focused approach to all you do
  • Strong time management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Strong attention to details skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated problem solving capability
  • Ability to drive for execution and continuous improvement
