This is where you come in…
This newly created role within our marketing team will be responsible for supporting the team on all marketing activities that drive the Branded share growth within RPFC. Your core purpose is to manage the administrative commercial requirements within the marketing portfolio, whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of projects and opportunities.

This is a broad reaching role which touches on Brand ownership, Marketing communications, Category, Digital Marketing and Data analytics – as well as being the Champion of Fun for the office. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, curious and confident working independently.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the team on Brand planning requirements to enhance the current portfolio
  • Champion brands within the organisation, driving brand education
  • Develop reports and analysis that monitor and assess in-market opportunities and challenges
  • Support driving brand-related NPD
  • Manage the administrative processes for key brand activity within the portfolio, including GS1 system, Master Data management, Art Design files
  • Help team manage budgets and set up appropriate tracking and controls for effective budget management
  • Manage all purchase orders and goods receipting
  • Co-ordinate marketing events, sampling, training material as required within the brand team
  
About you:
  • General understanding of Marketing foundations; from brand planning to consumer research, shopper trade activation and creative & content development
  • Passionate and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), high-level interpersonal skills and sound judgment
  • Excellent stakeholder management, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities
  • Excellent time management, able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Bachelor degree in business or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ Commercial/Marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry
  • A passion for pets and delivering the best quality products for those furry loved ones
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia
